She has served on multiple New York City Department of Buildings code revision committees and works closely with industry stakeholders to address regulatory challenges impacting large-scale construction. Diane is also a strong advocate for MWBE participation and workforce development, helping contractors navigate complex labor demands while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accountability.
